Pumpkin in coconut milk






           Today I will cook pumpkin in coconut milk or Thai people called Buak-Phuak-tong. This dessert cook from pumpkin and coconut milk. It’s very easy to cook and the ingredients very easy to find. My grandmother gives the pumpkin to me for a week so I decided to do this desserts because it easy to cook and very delicious. Let’s start to cook this!

Ingredients 

500 g. Pumpkin
400 ml coconut milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 cup palms sugar
2 cup water

Instructions 

1. Skin and seed the pumpkin. Cut into 3 cm chunks.
2. Mix the coconut milk, pumpkins, sugar palm sugar and water the pot  then bring to a boil. When the cook until tender.
3. If it boils taste And add some sugar (if it not sweet enough) and heat until hot. Remove from the heat.
4. Pour into bowls and serve.
