Pumpkin in coconut milk
Ingredients
500 g. Pumpkin400 ml coconut milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 cup palms sugar
2 cup water
Instructions
1. Skin and seed the pumpkin. Cut into 3 cm chunks.2. Mix the coconut milk, pumpkins, sugar palm sugar and water the pot then bring to a boil. When the cook until tender.
3. If it boils taste And add some sugar (if it not sweet enough) and heat until hot. Remove from the heat.
4. Pour into bowls and serve.
